Also, if you really need to have so many looks, just have another toon to play with. it takes some work, but it's another 400 free glamour slots and 20 plates.

It's not about need, and this is the most alt unfriendly mmo I've ever played. Only MMO where leveling an alt has genuinely felt miserable to me. In fact so much of this game's content, including cosmetics, being single character only is a huge part of me having zero desire to play an alt. I have none interest in re-grinding or paying real cash for extra copies of my favorite sets, and less interest in unlocking all the crap I've unlocked over the last seven years again. This is a total non solution.

If it's not about need, then what is it about? My solution's not the best, but it's a solution whether you like it or not. I don't care one way or another if you do it or not. I don't see the need to give grief about it.It's not about need, and this is the most alt unfriendly mmo I've ever played. Only MMO where leveling an alt has genuinely felt miserable to me. You could sit here and mope for how ever many years, or you could satisfy this (desire / want / need / ???) faster than the team will ever implement any of these other solutions.
I'm just proactive like that, always seeking out solutions I can achieve with what's present. I actually wanted to have all the retainers for free and that's what got me started on an alt. I've found some other advantages to having one.
I keep my dresser from going too far beyond 300 and it's not a problem. I'm about ready to scrap some more items i'll probably never use.

God forbid people want to keep the items they rightfully earned. Implying that leveling an alt is a "solution" to the dresser limitation is an insane stretch. If it's not about need, then what is it about? Glamour without restrictions* is long overdue!
If you think so too, help keep the thread going!

The only insane stretch is that this luxury feature needs to be expanded beyond double what it is. Nothing is broken or in dire need of fixing. It's a simple case of greed. I had another suggestion, but there doesn't seem to be interest in that.

Jesus dude, imagine wanting QoL. Not everyone wants to be like you and settle for old systems. You accuse others of greed, yet you just show complacency and disproportionally tell others to settle for less.

You have to start seeing the lines between "greed" and asking for something that should've been there in the first place. You're also against glamour without restrictions in the thread about it which is obviously a huge improvement over the current system and you had no good arguments against it, you just argued against it for the sake of it and left when you got called out. Just stop. Maybe you're okay with old, outdated systems that are terrible by today's standards but most of us here aren't and we want more for our money. If you don't want improvements to the game then just don't bother with the forums.

It's about having fun in the video game I play for fun dude.If it's not about need, then what is it about? My solution's not the best, but it's a solution whether you like it or not. I don't care one way or another if you do it or not. I don't see the need to give grief about it.

I enjoy collecting glamour and playing digital dress up with my little pixel rabbit person
And making an alt doesn't let my little pixel rabbit person store more outfits that she can wear because those are not shared resources. It does not make my storage space less limited because it's an entirely separate character with entirely separate progression, which is a massive timesink that now means I'm actively making less progress on the main I've sunk close to a decade of time into. My problem of my main character having limited capacity for glamour storage does not get solved by me playing a different character.
