They should just add all of them...except that mixed thing is a bit odd. The other thing they need is give us more customization options. I would really like to adjust my bust/waist/height...I don't want to have to pick a specific race just to have "curves" or whatever.

I liked all the choices personally, I think it would make the game way more diverse if we had a bunch of different races to play as. I chose the demon-ish race with horns in the poll, but I would really love to see the mixed races added too. Miqotelala would be interesting to see lol. When I first saw the mixed races thing I immediately thought of this lol XD.

Really? I found it to be one of the most pausible and reasonables option. Even the Lore confirm that is possible and SPOILERS OF THE ULDAH MAIN STORY: Weren´t those two Lalafell brothers (I can´t remember the name sorry) proposing to a female Miqo´te ? END OF THE SPOILERS

I think mixed races sound good. Anyway, as I said before, a lot more of variety would be nice, demon like, lizard like, whatever would be cool.

And it will make sense on 2.0, if the 7th Umbra Era finally come, Eorzea , or even the entire world will change, beastmen could end allied with human and if the population is low, intercross realtionships could become more common because of the necesitty of procreation or the lack of a mate of the same species in one specific place. Now if mixed races are added, will be they be fertile or not ?. I think this is important fact of Lore we should know.

I'm against the mixed race characters. I'd prefer it if the species kept their own distinct characteristics. Too much mix and match of the abilities made a lot of the classes feel too samey, I don't want this to happen to our characters as well.

First was going to choose the Viera-like creatures. But then I saw the mixed race, and was like :O that'd be awesome. Imagining a Lala-miqo as a tiny person with cat ears and tail. <3 Some could get interesting though, Elezen-Roegadyn o.o; Would be fun to play. ^^ Though they'll probably be just NPCs, since assuming the people at 2.0 wouldn't get to choose this race.

In fact I'd suppport a bill to magically teleport the entire population of Erozea to Ivalice in 2.0 and have Eorzea explode in a flaming ball of suckage.

Lala will magically turn into Moogles of Ivalice, Roegadyn will be Bangas, Hyur will be hume, Miqote will be Viera....everything will cease to suck.

I like this idea. Having voted for Viera, I would prefer to have Miqo'te replaced by them rather than coexist with them. It would be awesome to have the Bangaas, as well, and Ivalice Moogles trump Lalafell any day of the week. Don't see it happening as that would require a complete rewrite of the entire game's lore, but it's nice to hope.

I've got a sneaking suspicion that beastmen/mixed-races will win the poll, anyways :P
