[Suggestion] Can we get a “Hide All Players” option?

Why does people act like OP is asking for permanent other players removal?? If it works client-side and can be switched on/off easily, we can simply un-hide players when we want to do social interaction...

And, I mean, if you want to talk about "you have to interact with people!!1!", then why don't you go bother the devs for putting Trust/duty support system? Or for putting ignore function, busy status, hide chat, hide name, etc.

Asking of option to "hide players" and "hide glams" mostly are for immersion sake, something that is harmless and a right for every player. It is just jarring when we first go to elpis or UT and there's already group of people running around, when the story is all about the WoL being the only one (or the first) who can reach such areas.

And again, people still have to interact (even if it's only "o/" and "gg") when doing trials or raids. No one ask to turn ff14 into single player rpg.

Why do you own a car that can go 200 mph if you don't always go 200 mph?

you dont need any other reason. people can do whatever they want if it doesnt affect others, and hiding other players client-side would not affect others in the slightest.
if someone doesnt feel like interacting with others in a given moment, your character being visible or not would not affect the outcome.
