    Good morning and thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    Does the game crash in a specific area in game? Additionally does this occur when Final Fantasy XIV is the only program running or are there additional programs running along side it?

    The first character is crashing when enter trial. And now i can’t play that one. The second character is randomly crash, sometimes in Limsa, sometimes when watching cutscene.
    And yes ffxiv is the only program that running.

    If the crash is a DirectX issue I had the same problem. Crashed like 1 time per hour. (A Fatal DirectX error has occurred (11000002)

    Install windows updates and graphic card updates, or reïnstall the graphic card driver if there is no update.

    Installed a new graphic card update from nvidia yesterday and the problem seems to be solved.
