If the Male Viera thread is a teacher in any of this...people will excuse lore discrepancy because they want something.
And will say "Im the Warrior of Light, so Im the exception to the rule"

there is a difference between something rarely seen (ie male miqote and viera) and something that is /never/ seen until they are awoken due to the WOL (you know, the one who finds the things and awakens them while also being surprised at their existence). they would have to rewrite the entire story to fit it in. for male viera and male miqote, there can always be exception to the lore. there is nothing forcing a male viera to stay in the woods besides their own traditions. if one decides to leave, then they can.

Male Viera had no lore exactly, because they've never been seen nor illustrated in Ivalice. Until now in FFXIV.
But eh, no point in arguing or talking about it in depth, they are here now so its really whatev now.

And...well your Lore thing at the bottom is true...and its part of my point that people will say the lore doesn't matter...
So even though literally the Lops dont exist until a point in Endwalker, Im sure people will still make the argument "Who cares, I want it. More Player options is good"
And Im not speaking against it really, Im just saying it wouldnt make sense or be logical.

Same happened to Male Viera, we saw nothing till Ads for the Next Expansion.
So I wouldnt worry that much about not seeing concept art on them, especially if they have nothing to show us yet

Why would they? From the information we can gather we know that female Hrothgar will most probably be released with the 7.0 expansion. A reveal in a future LL that talks about the new expansion would be more fitting and generate hype. That‘s just how they‘ve done it for every race until now. Female Hrothgar will probably be no exception.

They wouldn't have still been building things if they'd been asleep for thousands of years. They were also coordinating the exodus plan with the forum. Also one of them shows it's possible for them to want to leave the moon and go to Ethyris on their own by building their own rocket. (which probably would end up being a 1 way trip).

Also seeing 5000 player loporrits running around isn't going to phase NPC's in any way. As far as they're concerned you'd be the only weird small talking rabbit they'd ever seen until you visited the moon as they only see 1 universe while we see the multiverse full of WoL's running around. :P

@kkron_m's female Hrothgars are both a blessing and a curse, because deep down I know the official versions very likely won't be up to par :'c
