It is time they opened the FC wards to everyone - even if they keep Empyreum as is and just unlock the older areas. Being on a new server and having the vast majority of FC wards completely empty with the personal wards pretty much full, it feels entirely wasteful at this point.
It is because Medium/large is camped first.. when gone people will spread out.
