Summoner rework is a huge dissapointment

If Garuda/Ifrit/Titan stayed in the field when we call them and Gemshine were skills that come from the summons at our command instead from SMN himself would be good enough. Spend all gem stacks > summon goes away > can call next summon. That simple, in theory.
IMO having a job that uses a book rushing to tackle and cleave an enemy is way too strange. Would make more sense if Ifrit did it instead, for example.

That’s basically what they do in FF7 remake. You use summons skills and the avatar executes. I’m with you the whole Ifrit book slap is so weird and funny at the same time
