Housing Plots Open?

Hello,

I checked around the housing wards, specifically the fc wards and to no surprise many of the houses in the fc wards did not have bids on them. Is there a potential in the future for it to open up? Honestly it is getting ridiculous, and an instance housing for personal would be better at this point.

They'll allow a few rounds of the lottery to pass and then evaluate if they feel they need to make changes to the personal/fc distribution. The goal wasn't to ensure every house was filled in round 1 and people seem to be flipping a lid over this. They're trying to ensure fcs get a better chance at more of the larger plots, then fill in some of the smaller plots for those that didn't get the larger plots they may have initially tried for. After a few rounds they can open the flood gates to what's left for personals.

My main FC managed to put 17 bids on a large this round and won the beachside shiro mansion. 722.5mill invested, ofc only 1 bid pays and the FC reimbursed the winner.
This is only round 2 so a lot of FC were waiting on plots like the shiro one to open up. We didn't bid first round at all.

I wouldn't expect the wards to go private until 6.2 since they said they would review come the next patch I believe? FC's that did bid went for large then med/large and next round whatever is left I am sure.
