Yes, that's what I meant to say, haha. Sleep deprived when posting doesn't work well. Edited that sucker, but still sleep deprived this morning.

*Brews a cup of coffee to help with that*.

Thanks for all the answers everyone, didn't know about Grade 3 Topsoil, will give it a try, as I can use the money I'll get in the market to simply buy furniture for money, every small thing cost like 5k which is insane.

You can also level up crafting, which have a plethora of housing items they can create. And, with Firmament, that's really the only way to level crafting as Diadem makes it SO much easier to gather your materials, level your gathering, then craft and turn items in. I've seen people level like crazy and that's how I leveled all of my crafters. Gathering is a good money source as well, some materials are crazy and you will always find someone lazy to just buy it from the market board.

I'll take that coffee now. Have any flavored creamer?

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind.

No special creamer except milk, but take this mug instead!

You might already be aware of this, but just as a heads up: Some furniture is sold by NPCs that are hanging around in the housing districts or can be placed in your own home (its the maid/servant/hokonin type that sells furniture) - while they also sell stuff for several thousands (which might or might not appear expensive) its often cheaper than the marketboard. If you try buying something on the marketboard from another player and you hover over the icon the little description will mention if its sold by an NPC vendor and for how much. Its really worth checking since sometimes people will put these types of furniture on the marketboard but for like double the price.
