Can we get more ways to get timeworn artifacts?

Same. I have a ton at that step because I was able to very easily gradually get the other pieces just keeping quests active. I have a decent amount of raw emotions. But this step is a huge bottleneck.

Basically the thing I did. I kept every tier quest active by having a weapon at every step and would progress each one when I had what I needed to complete each quest at the same time. So as I did other things like leveling jobs they just accumulated.
