On one hand, yeah. On the other, I think it deters shell fcs even further. An FC with a lot of members getting more bids than a smaller FC is about as fair as this totally borked and awful system is going to get.

It really doesn't do anything to deter shell FCs because there are more available FC plots that FCs trying to get a house. For someone trying to get any house at all, it's still their best chance until SE shifts the ratio of FC wards to personal wards.

I look forward to bidding on the whole 8 plots available on my shard!

I just looked at Balmung. There are 3 mediums and 15 smalls in the personal wards in Lavender Beds alone.

Also, did you come from RIFT? I notice you said shard not world.
