This is weird... I've unintentionally reached +99 for my armor/weapons about three times in HoH to level up my 60s and not once have I had any trouble waiting for people who want chests..

It doesn't matter to me if people wanna Speedrun DD or search for chests, I just kinda do my own thing in there and if someone needs a rez I go and rez em.
Same attitude I have with small pulling tanks or non DPS healers, I do what I do and u do u, long as we complete our duty I don't mind.
A solo run up until floor 100 barely takes more time than if you were grouped with randoms on repetitive 51-60. You'll get better chests, can set your pace and it's still faceroll easy.
This is the main reason why i hate deep dungeons and never got into them. People want to rush through... even when it was brand new. Ive never enjoyed the rush to the end mentality. My slower play-style fails in this type of content. And it gets worse over time and the fast people become more and more efficient and i fall further behind. I never have a chance to get better at the content because i am always rushed through. I can’t even solo because i don't have any power built up from group runs... so i just quit out.

Soloing isn't predicated on running group runs first. You're absolutely able to run the lowest levels over and over until you max out your weapon/armor then move to the next set of levels.
As you can see, there are people out there that also want to take their time running through. If you random queue into ANYTHING, then your agreeing to play in the generally accepted style; i.e. "rushing" through to completion. If you want to play content in a way that differs from the general consensus of the community, that's what Party Finder is for, or FCs, or different sub-communities.
Haven't really seen anyone rush others when I've run through POTD/HOH through the queueing thing, those that don't want/need the silver chests tend to just go sit by the exit til the other person/people catch up.
Perhaps it's different on data centres but in Chaos DC I have seen people make party finders to suit their goals and have even joined some myself, particularly for those trying to clear 1-50 potd - or some that just want to attempt climb as high as possible.
Eh. I dont really do deep dungeons anymore because I burned myself out on them when I was rushing to 50 on all of my classes back during 3.x, but it has always been "group consensus" when you join PF groups. If you are the only one who wants to get all the chests/kill all the mobs and the others kind of wanna just get in and get out, then maybe you shouldn't have joined that group to begin with or at least asked them before joining it.
The fact that you're trying to put the blame on players who want to speedrun or whatever is pretty selfish to begin with, OP
Go for chests anyway as well as the hoard or whatever. If they kick you, report them. You're not breaking any rules, they are. I have reported people in the past just for threatening to kick me during deep dungeons and would e-stalk their twitter by just googling their IGN and would find them complaining about being reported and how supposedly innocent they were. There should be a minimum time requirement spent in each deep dungeon for it to count toward experience (without reason). As well as a boost per stat for each clear of every ten floors. +1 on the floors we have isn't enough if people just demand that you skip all the chests. I think it should be somewhere around +3 and +5. It has taken the fun out of it for anyone who likes the deep dungeon, and wants to earn extra rewards. I.e. weapon glamour.
Usually if you don't like it, they threaten to kick you, and tell you to just solo it, or find a party of people who want to get chests. That's hard to do, or find. :/ You also can't solo that well without finding chests first.
In the same vein that people ruined MSQ, players have ruined deep dungeons for others, and I think it's time the devs do something about it.
Jerks, the whole lot of them. Don't tolerate them, don't reply. Silently report and move on. They'll learn it the hard way. You are doing nothing wrong as long as you're not intentionally slowing them down or trying to cause them to fail.

Why have you reported people for doing nothing wrong? I didn't realise that asking you to hurry up & making others feel like you are wasting their time is breaking the rules. They don't have to play with you, just as you don't have to play with them.
You want to force others to play the game your way and complain to the GMs whenever they get sick of you. You seem to be a selfish person who calls people selfish for not playing the game how you would like.
When you are in a team environment, it's not about you or what you want. If the team is at the teleport and you're making them feel aggrieved, they have every right to warn you and kick you. Suppose you're not going to bother to talk to them and explain your going for chests to try and come to some understanding but are trying to have their character suspended or banned. In that case, they certainly have every right to kick you as your closest thing to an in-game threat they could come across.
It might be time you post a party finder for like-minded people or start your own FC or convince other people in your FC to help you. On the other hand, if you think many people are jerks, it might just be you.
If you want chests, go with a party focused on them.
DD in MM majority ruled by people leveling.
