I think it would be cool if New Game+ let you choose a different "starter" area

The two things I wanted out of new game +

1. Explore the other 2 game start cities
2. Get the achievements for the other 2 starting cities.

This is exactly what I wanted out of New Game+, and it is what I didn't get :')
