Complaint regarding GMs and poor handling of harassment

A couple of years ago we had someone from a hunt group that actually doxxed somebody from another hunt group in shouts. Lot of people reported and showed proof of the shout doxxing and that person never got dealt with so yeah it sucks. :/

How was the information leaked for that person to be doxxed in the first place? And how do you know they never got dealt with? How many people are you talking about got reported?

You don't actually have to answer these questions. I bring them up because there is WAY more to that situation than what is being disclosed in a couple lines of text. It is also one of multiple situations that are going on at any given time, and there's like what? Four or five GMs that handle all the distress calls across all DCs and servers? And probably only 2-3 are on at any given time. Don't hold me to the exact number. Whether it is more or even less, we all know there are not enough, and it is a thankless job to have.

It's hard to really know about these situations because we're only getting one side with no actual evidence of anything.
And often it's prone to bias and/ or is leaving things out.

Maybe you could try take screenshots and attach them to the report next time if you didn't try that already.

The one who got doxxed is a friend and her Facebook with her info was posted in shouts. I know they never got dealt with because I still see them in hunts.
