I think we should ban OP and people who wish to ban others on specific things when it isn't hurting anyone else, wasting anyones time, or giving an edge of a competitive scene. alot of these 18+ Venues technically can end selling or doing stuff to minors, who lie about their age, so yes something should be done about it.

No, it's called parents should watch their damn kids. If you don't know what your kid is doing n who they're talking to you're already failing

Idk about courtesans, but I have a friend that gets paid 2 mil gil every hour just to stand next to the said person at Balmung Quicksands. Literally just stand there next to them. 2 mil every hour. Easy muns.

If their activities violate the ToS they absolutely are. It's just not always easy to prove. Putting external links which lead to explicit content or outright stating that certain..."activities" are occurring in a PF listing is a punishable offense. Those are pretty easy to point out as they are pretty condemning.

If we look closely into the ToS, ERP is tolerated in a "Private" version. Therefore, advertising for +18 activities club render the thing "Public" because anyone can see it, and anyone can attend. This ultimately make the club "Public" and is violating the ToS.

You can ERP one on one with someone in your house, without anyone knowing : Nothings happens
You advertise to make a giant ERP Party in your house : Bannable
