I think the neck thing is more noticeable on Elezen due to their small heads and odd shoulders. Of course it is easy to correct with certain gear, but at the same time it really limits glam options for them. I've always wanted to make a male elezen character but I can't bring myself to stick with it very long. The neck issue and the run. By gods the run. WHAT WAS SE THINKING?! Is there an entire pole just shoved up there?!

The neck is IMHO not that problem. You have to use certain glam to make it look very long. But you can also use other glam to mitigate it and make it look normal.

Yes, they should improve the running animation too.
