    i have two plots in the briming heart a small one near the pool area and a large higher up got mine years before the lottery started.

    Honestly Small Houses are kind of nice for those people who enjoy lofting. It's a small investment, and small houses have just enough space to get many of the things you want, but are *lacking* enough in space that you need to get creative to get what you want. Because of that, I think small houses have the most uniqueness in their design by and large because you *can't* just slap down a few items and call it a day.
