Have you considered, rather than people unfairly gatekeeping you, that it's possible that your own skill-level just isn't at a point where you should be doing Savage content yet?I would like to feel like I'm not being brushed aside from content when MSQ stuff isn't being worked on. Savage raiding is a nightmare, finding statics that aren't full of narcissistic parsers who demand perfection from the word go is impossible. It gets a little boring grinding the same crap over and over again while others are working on content that I'm essentially being kept out of.
I would recommend focusing on improving your play in lower risk content like Extremes.

Or just the normal versions of the raid

Some of the The Masked Carnival can be challenging if you try to to it with special conditions. All in all there already is some challenging solo content like soloing deep dungeon or duels. But indeed, it would be cool to get more solo things with nice rewards. Maybe a nice glam, pet, mount, or emote. : )

the solo savage content is making friends who will party with you

Damn. Shots fired, LOL.
We've been over this before and I could post "troll bait" like everyone else, but I'll go over it again instead. In the nicest way possible, your problem is with you. You're being your own worst enemy.
Statics don't demand perfection. Most are very friendly and just ask for motivation and enough performance to clear content. As much as statics would like to just have fun and not care, their goal and purpose is to clear a raid tier together and they can't afford to carry someone far below minimum requirement.
According to the evil website we shall not name here, you're consistently below minimum. I'm not judging, there's honestly nothing wrong with that if you have the right mindset and want to improve, but you seem to want SE or other players to fix it for you. I get it, it's frustrating, but we can't fix that and if you continue thinking like that you'll always be on your own, watching others enjoying content and feeling left out.
Let's take some positives. You have stepped foot into Savage, you have a clear with 0 deaths and can do mechanics and you're using some mitigation. Great. The potential is there and you could be running endgame content in statics if you wanted, you just have to build on it. On RDM your casting uptime is far too low, you need to use Engagement and Corps-a-corps more (they do damage) and you have rotation mistakes to polish. It hurts your dps significantly, in particular your cast uptime. Best advice would be to stop demanding SE somehow changes the content for you and be more humble, start posting threads asking for advice and help, see if someone can run over RDM tips for you, practice it on SSS, if someone else posts a log (ToS friendly since you didn't upload it) have a look over it in xivanalysis and you'll find a lot of useful information there.
I only say this for your own benefit, because at the end of the day it only affects you. I'll close the forums and go back to what I'm doing, but you're the one whose feeling brushed aside and only you have the power to fix that.

A big +1 to this.
If your only experience of Savage is in PFs then this is almost certainly going to be a part of the problem. PF is full of people who just want their weeklies done with little to no human interaction or hassle. This is not a good environment to cut your. teeth in at all. If you really must stick with PFs, try your hand making meme trap parties, you'll attract a completely different breed of people with that and as expectations tend to be much much lower, you'll actually get some good time spent in the instance learning and improving. Otherwise, it's really important to go get networking, talk to people, listen to people, learn from people and above all, just do stuff with people. If you can demonstrate that you are reliable, consistent and enjoyable to raid with you *will* get opportunities irrespective of the colour of your logs. I can confirm this first hand as I've never had issues getting and keeping static spots despite how comically bad my logs are.
There's definitely a mentality hurdle you'll need to tackle as your experience with Bozja duels attests to, but in my experience at least, savage raiding has always been worth the effort. It's by far the most rewarding part of the game for me and that's coming from someone who couldn't care less about gear, drops and titles. It's all about the experience.
Because this is an MMO. There's too much solo content as is and the entire point of an MMO is to PLAY WITH OTHER PEOPLE. If you want solo savage content go play elden ring or something. Not everyone wants to constantly be searching for seven other people and try to coordinate them enough to defeat savage content. It really isn't fair that the best stuff is only available to savage raiders who all seem to have an army of top tier players at their beck and call.
I thought this game was supposed to be for everyone? Not just the elites.
