Oh yeah, they worded it so they can manipulate the narrative however they want. "3rd Party Tools" can be anything, if one day they decide that guides are against ToS... Well, technically it has always been. So is your monitor... Your keyboard... Your mouse.

You do realize that the people creating the rotations and guides YOU follow use third party tools to do so right?
