lmao next you're going to tell me the endless stun no DR vanilla rogue was perfectly balanced. A full fledged stun meta with ranged disables isn't at all a healthy pvp experience.

Dude, every single competitive game in existence is balanced around the top end of player skill. This one isn't an exception.

Stop asking for nerfs when you could instead just redirect the effort you're wasting here at learning from your mistakes. There is no "stun meta." CC is completely fine. You have Guard and Purify for a reason. If those aren't enough, then it's because you're playing badly and you need to fix that.
