Better to leave things as furnishings when possible for those who use them as part of the yard decoration instead of using them strictly for function.

I use the Delivery Moogle available in the lobby of every apartment building when I need one. It's just a quick trip using the ward Aethernet from my house then I can teleport directly back.

Even if it was possible, what's the harm if that's how someone wants to decorate their yard? I'd actually love to be able to place more than one Miniature Aetheryte because I use mine for the lighting effects. Most of the outdoor lighting objects just offer generic light and we could use a few more with other colors/special effects.

It's a valid point, but the noise puts me off so much. Which is why mine end up hidden, shoved behind the house, well out of earshot.

I had to log in to figure out what noise you're referring to. I have the BGM playing so the noise it makes gets hidden in that. Even with everything except Ambient off and Ambient turned up to 100% it was barely noticeable to me.

But I can understand the noise being a nuisance for some players. At least it's not the Namazu Effigy *cringes*.
