Probably start by not asking the community on the community forums. This isn't and never has been a direct line to the devs. The forums are explicitly a place for players to chat with other players. The devs don't read these forums.

Ever wonder why people here beg and plead for months; if not years for changes and things don't get changed? It's bcause they're just talking with other players, not the development team.
