My partner and I saw the announcement about people potentially getting free houses and we thought it was pretty nice that SE was doing that for people who got glitched, and we weren't even mad about it despite us being 50 mil in the hole since we were lucky enough to claim our house day one of the lottery results, since we still got to have our house for the last month while a lot of others had to wait this long. Plenty of houses in my own ward that only had one bidder on it but got hit with the 0 bug. Hell, I'm happy for those first time house owners if they get to keep their gil while getting the house, especially the smaller FCs, since it means they have ample decoration funds and all.

So I was a little surprised to see the anger here on the forums. But only a little.
