Let's not jump to conclusions. Besides, that is bearded rock and a Lv1~ camp. Taking that out of commission next patch will block any new player choosing Limsa as their starting city unable to use guildleves. On top of that, the concepts are for the 2.0 version which certainly =/= 1.22
