    The RMTers abuse credit chargebacks to mass produce accounts because by the time SE gets around to banning them for fraudulent activity they've already got the gil and shipped it off to where it needs to be.

    There is no way their business would be profitable if they were actually paying for all those hundreds of accounts.

    Then they're also burning through credit card accounts at an alarming rate as well because SE like most businesses will blacklist cards when abuse or fraud is suspected.
