Why are some Dungeon Minions and EW Bicolor Orchestrion Rolls still Market Prohibited

I can't seem to understand why the minions from the level 87, 89, and the first level 90 4-man dungeons still remain Market Prohibited to this day when the minions from the other level 90 dungeons are purchasable on the Market Board.

In addition, why are all of the Orchestrion Rolls bought with Bicolor Gems in Endwalker still Market Prohibited? The Orchestrion Rolls from these gems back in Shadowbringers can be sold and bought in the Market Board, yet now the opposite happens.

Am I the only one thinking this?

Minions from dungeons being market prohibited is a new thing so there isn't a precedent for removing it as far as I know.

Orchestrion rolls being market prohibited, I would guess, is to reward you for actually doing the fates and they don't want to reward people who don't do them because the intention of bicolor gemstones was to make fates popular again.

The thing about introducing a system is you actually have to utilize it or it just turns into a relic of the past. E.G. guildhests & combat leves.

The first lvl 90 dungeon minion is market prohibited cause it is a heavy, like really heavy, spoiler with all the descriptions. Same with the lvl 87 dungeon. But idk why the lvl 89 one is locked, there is no reason as far as i can see.

For the orchestrion scrolls i think they just wanted to increase the amount of people doing the fates instead of just buying their way through the rewards without ever having to touch a fate.

This is actually the best answer, it promotes activity through the whole breadth of the game and makes collecting feel worthwhile as an after-MSQ activity.

Not a super fan of that. I guess at worst it gives a reason to earn seals.

Well the Bicolor Gem Vouchers and the Wivre mount exists in EW for buying and selling on the market board, so that's that.

This right here. What is happening now with certain minions and orchestrion rolls can set a rather bad precedent for future expansions, especially with the extremely low drop rates and other criticisms the game is facing lately.
