Class Balance will it ever exist at least to a fair degree?

I beat ifrit with monk it was horrible compared to War, Blm, Lancer, BRD

Its pretty amazing 20+ a hit soo 40 a round, plus their tp gain is pretty good, low cost tp, nvm... you need to go play mnk again.

whats to understand about Monk on ifrit or any other melee? You out ranger sear (impossible on monk) and weaponskill during ifrits openings. I don't understand Monk? rofl combo system is easy to understand you just follow directions of each weaponskill and chain them. Doesn't change the fact that monk is super gimped on ifrit.

If its Gimped then howcome I'm always one of the top DPS on ifrit as monk?

Oh stop your Whining Gawd, BLM does more Damage then any of the Classes! :/ and WAR outdamages MNK " And they get hit by sears too by running in and out and being caught by the Seers, just so ya know. BLM/WHM and BRD are the ONLY Jobs that arent affected by sears because of the distance every other job has to be Front and center! :/

Cool you're wrong, Dragoon and warriors can out range sear. Monk are 100% of the time effected by it if they are in melee range.

And if all Jobs are doing there jobs there shouldn't be 0 Problems, Which is what Jobs 1 Job failing= Possible Destruction.

You misunderstood me, replace the Mnk (and all melee) with Bards, you now are unstopable!
