    You can technically make two floors in apartment/FC room with lofts. I do it regularly in mine and makes it feel a lot more spacious.

    Completely missing the point. I want a house so I have more room and a larger item limit to decorate. 100 item limit goes away really quickly when you add things like lofts or partitions in your apartment.
