Items such as the Eden Eyepatch and the Hakuko/Kokuko masks were some of the first that I wanted to have on other jobs. Headgear having role limitations in the first place is ridiculous.Honestly My most used Glamour item is the PvP Fox Mask (Healer and DPS Caster), Would love to see the Job restriction lifted from items in the glamour chest so I could use the mask on all my roles, not just casters as its my trademark piece, but limed to casters
Whether SE actually reads this thread is another matter and actually makes the change is entirely up to them, but would make us happy.
Most recently I've been struggling with (the lack of) All Classes long gloves that aren't a) Online Store exclusive b) part of unobtainable PVP sets (one of which had the perfect gloves for my purposes, too...). Haven't even looked through restricted gear just because it's so frustrating...
Finding pants I like on healer is tough. What I really want is to be able to wear the YorHa 51 Scouting or Striking shorts. On Dancer, I really like the YorHa 53 shorts which are the only shorts that work or cold weather glam since they have leggings underneath, and I'd like to use those on other jobs also.
On that, even between them... Both healer and caster masks share the same model EXCEPT for the caster version having a dangling detail by the side... that has no physics! So it kind of 'freezes' when you wear the mask with visor toggled, so it can sit on the top of your head. It drives me nuts! How can I not use the healer version when it's literally 95% the same?Honestly My most used Glamour item is the PvP Fox Mask (Healer and DPS Caster), Would love to see the Job restriction lifted from items in the glamour chest so I could use the mask on all my roles, not just casters as its my trademark piece, but limed to casters

I feel ya. I love those shorts... Honestly all of YoRHa items deserve a 'Replica' version if they never get to implement what this thread suggests. Those items feel like they don't belong to any armor class in specific... I bet a XIV player that never saw that raid before wouldn't be able to say what's healer, what's fending, maiming, etc.Finding pants I like on healer is tough. Whenever I see a piece of Yorha gear I immediately think of how it would look on another job. There's barely any difference between most of them. It's quite funny honestly.I feel ya. As long as AF sets are Job-exclusive, AND have completely unique appearances (no more reskins, devs!), I honestly think I'm with it it at this point. As said, there are SO many "exceptions" otherwise, we may as well just run the full gambit.
But again, keep Job-based armor EXCLUSIVE to those Jobs.
Honestly this should've been the default just as an extension of their whole "you can level everything on one character!" selling point, I don't understand why we have to *fight* for it...
Personally don't agree with removing Job restrictions on glamour, even if AF is outlawed. I mean, think about it. The DRK and PLD AFs are typically just heavy sets of armor, as is much of the fending gear. Why prevent a WHM from wearing DRK armor but let it wear the Cryptlurker fending outfit? It's a nonsensical request. The fact that you have to omit AF from the request proves why you shouldn't get what you're asking for.
You'd be more than welcome to not do it yourself. Just because someone might put together an outrageous outfit (which... people already do) is a really weak argument for denying everyone else that much more freedom...
Only sets that should be job AF gear. Everything else should be free game.
