Lalafell First Person Camera Adjustments

Not like any other races can't just tilt the camera down though.

First person sure allows for easier access to that tho and gives you a better view than any camera tilting will do.

(or look at your average Limsa roleplayer's adventure plate)

Which is actually reportable now and will be punished.
