It's clear to me that the FCs with 1-4 members are a small portion of the home-owning populace, they're also likely to be shell FCs, which in some cases are very visible. The few examples of groups with the same FC tag taking up nearly entire wards is a whole lot more noticeable than a board full of unique names even if it's the minority. I used to work in tech support and would deal with the same problem frequently which make me think it was a pervasive issue when the number of people contacting us was a fraction of a percent of the amount of product on the market. I wouldn't be at all surprised if this were the case with shell FCs too.

I'm heartened to see just how many medium to large sized FCs (11+ members) there are out there with a house.

The worst part of the housing system is all of the people trying to defend Square Enix and prevent them from taking any accountability for not having purchased dedicated servers to host instanced housing/doubling the current wards.

This isn't a small indie company we're dealing with here and it would do some people good to remember that. Square Enix is a multi-billion dollar global conglomerate and this game is one of the biggest, if not THE biggest MMO in the genre. They can afford to do better.

People defending square enix thinks theyll get "brownie points" and some sort of rewards in the game when the reality is its just holding back a potential massive change that would happen if everyone agreed ffxiv housing is worst in history not even LA or NY have that or even Vancouver canada ... its expensive Yes BUT atleast whoever can afford it CAN GET IT ! in this game you cant get it no matter what u got... this system solved nothing and on top of that its broken and it showed how much they DONT care... stop defending a multi billion dollar company for a service we are all PAYING FOR !!
