Can we get an option to turn off and on automatic lighting indoors/outdoors.

Say you set up a bunch gorgeous looking windows, but half of the day they are lit, and the other half of the day they are not. The game doesn't let you pick whether you keep the lighting all day, and night, completely off, or to the normal. We should be allowed to choose.

This. I have so many designs were I use the long and short imitation windows as LED panels and I always have to tell visitors "please visit during the day." It makes a huge difference and your design is basically lame for half of every hour
