I want to say that lately things have been looking bleak with the state of FFXIV. Since I reinstalled last year I have been plagued with constant launch errors almost everyday.

So because you have had launch errors, the state of the entire game that over a million other people play without these errors is bleak?

I was one of the unlucky one who's plots was tangled in the winner was ticket "0" fiasco so no housing for me I guess.

0 means that the result was not available, so I would suggest checking again once everything is resolved in case you did win.
