It doesnt matter if recruiting is on or off it still displays it, but says not recruiting. The search also has the option to tick recruiting or not recruiting.

While on the whole you're not wrong in that they should have just forced a name change, you do have to accept a certain amount of responsibility for choosing a name that could obviously be misunderstood. In the same vein I would not name my FC "Fat Angry Gamer Squad" or the "Super High Intensity Team"

If this is your second time getting banned over an inappropriate name, feel free to attempt an appeal. If that doesn't go your way, accept that you were wrong, full stop.

Also, you seem to have some misunderstandings; your first bit you talk about how SE accepts things like LGBTQ, but then turns around and causes trouble for them... I'm not sure what you mean there.

This game does a great job of allowing you to express yourself. It embraces LGBTQ, lets and even recreates items made for females be worn by male characters, and even allows for same sex marriage. But also turns around and can punish you for doing the very same things.

Second, you mentioned several times that SE sanctions ERP. They do not. There is a very very big difference between a "Don't ask don't tell" and official sanction/allowance. Their stance is very much "don't make it a problem for us".

IMHO erotic names are harmless. I mean, seriously, as long as it isn't something racist/homophobic/transphobic/obviously harmful, walk on by and go on with your day.
