Your excuse for using the tag ERP is lame just because it fits with the fc name. So if your fc is called Dragons in Caves, you can have the tag DIC. No of course not. Use your brain and use a tag that isn't going to draw attention.

the EULA literally states "ERP" as Erotic Roleplay is acceptable within it now, so long as it is not public. So the term itself should not be considered offensive. There were no acts or situations enacted. my point isnt that i was suspended, it is the length at which i was suspended for. 20 days is excessive and there is no uniform code as to why some people are suspended for 1-3 days and why others are suspended for 30. my first offense was pretty much the exact same situation except a player was in my CWLS and decided to report the name of it after they had participated within it and been there for at least a week's time, and also resulted in a 20 day suspension. you cant even see a CWLS name unless you are invited and accept, in this particular case, every member approached me and asked to be invited. and all of these things go unchecked unless a single person decides it bothers them and reports. this is clearly a flawed system and needs to be changed and thought out better with the influx of players and new systems implemented into the game.
what excuse? i literally stated it exactly why it was that. please do not derail and stay on topicthis is more about the system itself, not my personal experience.
i think the context and situation around the report is very important too. If i was shouting in chat to recruit members, or implying it was a sexual group in any way, i could see a more extreme suspension. I was not doing any of that. and yes, subjective and not objective is another consideration. they say they look into the report but it seems to me they do not at all in some cases, and thoroughly examine others. this is what i mean by no rhyme or reason or uniform code for offenses and they are handled however they please at the time. its a very childish system in itself and reminds me of highschool where someone throws a paper ball and then someone else throws it back but the 2nd person gets caught and only 1 is punished, or both are punished but one gets detention and the other gets expelled.

If you have something over your head, it's on public display to everyone.
Avoid double entendres in all these public things and you won't "poke the bear".
It's a bit surprising you didn't actually learn this lesson the first time round.

the CWLS existed for 2-3 years with no action. the FC has been around for 6 years and existed that way until to day. what lesson am i supposed to have learned other than the system is flawed and failing because of grey areas and deciding when to police them or not? CWLS names are not even visible to anyone unless you are invited or join it. FC tags are displayed next to your name, sure. but should that not have been checked when i was suspended the first time too? the GM can literally see that when he jailed me the first time. there was no warnings or short bans prior. I was just straight up suspended for 20 days off of a single report. in BOTH cases.
your name "Shibi" has multiple meanings and could be seen as a double entendre or used as something offensive in nature, does that mean i should report you and you should be suspended for 20 days while they enforce you to change your name?
you are probably unawares to the several other meanings of it, as i would imagine most would be and similarly people dont even know that ERP could stand for "Erotic" . just because it COULD mean that, doesnt mean it should be enforced objectively as it means that.
