It wasn't this bad before. We had almost no cc and a pvp where you could play in any mode and have a decent amount of fun. Now it's chain stunlock/silence/fear/charm/sleep galore coupled with instakill burst moves. And then they kill off RW and pretty much FL too for what exactly?

Also, previously, you gained immunity to a CC type after it was used on you. For example, if someone stuns you, you can't be stunned again for 10 seconds.

Purify gets rid of (almost) everything and provides a brief immunity to (almost) everything but it's so brief with a long CD, while CC cooldowns are so short and come from several people.

So, now you can be stunned for 10 seconds straight (though you'll probably die well before 10 seconds). Even if you have purify, they can just wait it out and stun again.
