I'm a worldwide duelist. Currently all NA data centers. And PLD is the new GNB from last tier

I wonder how exactly this was made. Dragoon should not beat reaper on 1v1, no way. But maybe it does better than reaper in other pairings.

The community rated RPR lowest tier of all melee dps, but I agree that they can beat DRG at times. Id say they are almost on par
