With the new Pact gear set, our stats have further increased. I came back to this project and acquired another 3 more Resplendent Tools (GSM, ARM & ALC).
I found that I could effectively 100% max qual EVERYTHING manually (Please see pictures below).
I still haven't found a macro yet that can 100% max qual everything yet, but at least I could do it by hand.
So that means we just need 30 of the starting materials ("Material A") to begin with.
Time-wise, it's approx the same as before... still about 3-4 min per craft. Perhaps a tad bit faster now, but still need at least 3 min.

I used Chilli Crab HQ and Cunning Tea HQ. My current stats shown below is after food + tea.

At this point, I have BSM, CRP, ARM, GSM, ALC & CUL. Just 2 more to go.

It's possible to macro Resplendent C pieces with the new set and being a Specialist. This is my current rotation:

I'm fully max melded, but only using Chili Crab. Min stats required (with specialist stone) are 3682 Craft, 3758 Control, 678 CP.

That said, it's not too difficult to manual craft these now and would require less stats, but it was fun to try and crack the 100% macro all the same.

EDIT: Discovered with my stats if I use Thav Calamari I can skip Cunning Draughts entirely by replacing the final Focus-Synth with a basic. Calamari also means you can 100% macro A and B pieces without delineations.

    More macros:

    For A + B I use:

(Credit to Momochi on The Balance for this one, I haven't found a better one yet. You can choose between going Specialist or using Draught)

HQ Chili Crab, No Specialist or Draught used.

Issue here is if you get Primed on Waste Not then you can kiss the entire craft goodbye. It will invalidate Prudent at the very least. So any wise guy thinking of using it; beware of this. Furthermore, do pay caution and ensure Final Appraisal is included (for anyone that copies), it will finish the craft early if any single Groundwork is on a Malleable, especially with that Craftsmanship.

Frankly, if your goal is getting T3 as quickly as possible without trying to maximise the quality bar then this works better (Working on points per hour, as opposed to least # of crafts). The only caveat being that it uses TtV:

With respect to resplendent tools, and more in the budget range, or even very much entry set on 6.3 then something such as this works too. I've yet to find a better one on minimalist stats on my forays of playing how low can you go. This basically needs Spec + Calamari + Cunning Drought, with a baseline of 573CP. In fact, I'd be interested if this can be beat at these stats, or lower.
