The real limiting factor to whether you'll survive full pulls in the 20s through 40s though is gear.

There are 3 dungeon in arr that even with updated gear can be a wipe if the tank pools too much. Stone vigil, dzaemel darkhold and aurum vale. These are the only 3 dng where the mob dmg is pretty high and pulling anymore than 6/7 mobs might have to healer pulls his hear.
Also stone vigil hasnt chanced with dmg output after the 6.1 change
