There isn't really too much details about housing to be confirmed in the islands.

But also knowing the devs, I don't have much faith in them that they will deliver what they promised.

10 years I've trusted them to do the housing right. 10 years after, nothing has changed.

It is NOT housing. The 'misinterpretations' are still floating around out there on the bad translations, even I got suckered into that thinking for a minute. However, it's is NOT housing.

We have precious little detail on what it is or is not. I dearly hope that it addresses some of the complaints about personal housing scarcity like getting flooded with exterior decorations with nowhere to use them and cross breeding but my expectations are that it's neither.
