well I figured out if you label the other team with a ko order the players will most likely see who to ko first, that is a tank's responsibility to identify who is first on the ko list

simple: healers>DRG>SAM>NIN>MCH>RDM>others

this is what i use and have been trying to get people to figure this out

Please don't do this. It is not effective strategy and actively messes with communication during the flow of battle.
