Yeah, I thought this game had" such a great community" though.

And, so? It's amazing how all other games manage to do it just fine. Lets not ruin everyone elses experience for the minority. Or else, should we not remove chat from dungeons? From pug raids? If we're going to be logically consistent.

When one small piece of content will provide 90% of the harassment reports I would say it saves so many hours of GM work to just disable the chat. Also you have plenty of time to write a book in PvE than in a 5 minute hectic PvP match

If someone is toxic, then report them. Again, why should everyone else be deprived of being able to communicate? And there is plenty of time to chat. Before match, while rezzing, etc.
