It's interesting that people are so upset about the WHM LB, when warrior has the same thing (aoe stun + high damage) on a 15 second cooldown. I don't think WHM LB charges too fast. If anything, compared to other abilities of similar capability, it's a bit slow. Which is probably why it's a fast charging LB to begin with.
