Lottery extended to 4/29

Alts can get into the lottery yes but there's only one winner and only one alt can own a personnel while the main get the FC house. Don't be so alarmist, alts are not a problem gold sellers and clones are.

I know FC's that have a second account just to buy new Properties thats also a major problem. I know one botter on my server who used to get it into it with my old FC and my FC hated him because he used to give out gold to random new players. When the botter heard my FC was hating him, he said he found it strange because our FC owner was also a famous botter on the server and ran numerous accounts to buy up properties in Shirogane.
