Make old Feast rewards grindable through Ranked Crystalline Conflict

As someone who never had the skill or time to get into the silver ranks, i still feel the older pvp gear should remain locked to those achievements (even if many obtained them cheat tactics/ win trading). However, the idea of those same rewards being reskinned & given new color/ dye patterns & names (Replica Eagle Beak Armor, etc...) themes. In this way, original rewards can retain their unique nature but newer pvp enthusiast can be incentivized.

I would agree... if other content in this game were also timegated. It isn't though. UCoB has existed for six years and will still aware you the same weapon glamour it did on release. In fact, it's noticeably easier now. Why should PvP be the sole exception of having both timegated and exclusive rewards?

But I do have some faded memory of hearing that old feast items might return as purchable (PvP currency) at some point.
I could be wrong tho.

There is no need for a rated PvP mode if there are only rewards everybody can receive through simple grinding. Why would you struggle to top 100 if everybody gets your Stuff by simply afking at the spawn?
I cant believe how spoiled and demanding some people here are.

Achievement and Tier related items, yes. Not top 100 Items. You can for instance, buy the old Tier -related Accessories now for the Crystals

The problem with timegated rewards is when newer players realise that there's stuff they won't be able to get anymore.

Personally I think timegating is OK.
But perhaps put them on some sort of rotation.
So that older rewards will return so newer players can get a chance to get a hold of them.

I never said it should be & voiced said opinion with controversy of the White Raven earrings, even though i never earned them back in 1.0. A simple name change to a prefix of Replica would denote any item is a recreation of the original & satisfy the need for those items earned previously to remain unique.

This is always the same argument. Because someone spends an inordinate amount of time and effort on a clunky grind, only THEY would be entitled to these rewards ? The way they do it this season is right, and I sure hope they bring back those sets of gear that nobody has anymore.

I do think I am entitled to these rewards, as I put in the effort. Let me ask you this, if it really is just FOMO, would you be happy if they brought them back but you had to hit top 100 to pick from the rewards they brought back?
If not, then what you want is the items others put effort into and effort getting better at something, easily obtained through what, 10 wolf collars for a top 100 set of armor or something?

FOMO should never be a thing. All items should be available to all players at all times. Now there is nothing saying you shouldn't have to put in a lot of effort to get the items, just that they should always be possible to get.
