Seriously, the first two contribute nothing to job design and lock us out of other parts of our kit, the third hogs Recitation and Soil is just a rehashed Asylum.
They do contribute to the job design though? Dissipation, while locking you out of fairy abilities, gives you 3 stacks of Aetherflow which comes in handy when you need it the most. Seraph lets you have a stronger fairy for a short time. I am not a believer that Excog hogs up Recitation, and saying Soil should be removed because it’s a rehash of Asylum is a bad take imo. Might as well also remove Protraction since it’s a rehash of Thrill of Battle. Also removing it means SCH would be the only healer without a bubble-like ability.

Keep Seraph on the LB to make her more special.
I personally like seeing Seraph more often, and besides PvP you rarely get to use Healer LB3. If I’m using a healer LB3 it means someone/the party messed up along the way, I’m cheesing a mechanic, or in one case it is mandatory to use.

Deleting Excog could also open up uses for Lustrate and Indom, especially so if they were removed from the Aetherflow gauge and just given two shared charges or something.

That extra space would make room for Miasma and two (maybe three) Aetherflow damaging abilities that correlate to dots while making Energy Drain the Aetherflow generator.
Why tie more DPS abilities to Aetherflow? I thought people around these parts didn’t like having DPS tied to Aetherflow. If removing Excog opens up more uses of Lustrate and Indom, then wouldn’t adding more DPS abilities to Aetherflow close it back up again? I don’t mind having ED around, but I don’t think adding more DPS abilities to Aetherflow.

Personally I’d rather see abilities get changed than straight up removed.
