That is not good enough, if that is the case, and I feel highly annoyed if that is the case and also that they took the easy route out, if that is so.

No, they said they are looking into how to solve that case. They have the result and they intend to make sure everybody who did win can get their plot.

Just hang onto the gil. At some point you may have to give that back in exchange for the plot. Give it a few days while they work something out.

even if u didnt take the gil its still over youre not gonna win anything unless u get lucky . they will just apologize to you for the "inconvenience " then say "oh well too bad so sad" and try again. thats it nothing will get done . I promise you

This is what they said in the instructions to player. To save you reading it all I will quote it (although, you really should get into the habit of reading the letters!)

The means by which gil may be collected from those who have already received a gil refund prior to learning that they have won the lottery is under consideration. Details of this process will be announced at a later date.

Note: Don't spend this gil!

Gil is not an issue, on either character... at least first house will serve as a base of getting a medium FC house at some point with relocate lottery thing..
