    [Summoner] My opinion about Summoner rework

    Since the release of summoner rework, i feel it is incomplete. Would be nice if it was possible to fit the summons which i think they should be added to complete the rotation cycle, by adjusting the timers of cooldowns. And to spice things up, would be even more exciting to add 2 more final summons to the roation, Hydaelyn and Zodiark! This could be done easly with 4 steps: Summon Astral Trinity, Summon Umbral Trinity, Summon Bahamut, Summon Phoenix and Summon Final Duet.

    I would love to add Ramuh, Leviathan and Shiva but I don't want Hydaelyn or Zodiark as summons, personally. Rather, make it Astral and Umbral stances.

    Also, just a nitpick, earth and wind are swapped in the chart. Earth is Umbral, wind is astral.

    And to be precise, that's just in their "natural" states.
    Otherwise any element could be in either state depending on the circumstances (see: Umbral Winds or Umbral Static weather conditions).

    Anyways, and on topic, it'd be nice if we could have the Egis/"gemstone" summons of the remaining ARR Primals during 6.X / before 7.0.
    If only just so we could use other elements beyond Fire/Earth/Wind.

    Doesn't look like you understand polarities very well. Bahamut, Phoenix and Zodiark are all astral in nature. Only Hydaelyn would fall under umbral.

    If you just wanna have Eternal Darkness and Divine Light Trance, then rest assured. The story made it very clear that at least the former is almost guaranteed now.

    I have played SMN from end of Stormblood, all Shadowbringers and Endwalker now. I'm always thinking how they can expand each class system and feel. And for summoner they really easy way to expand is to create more summons, for each element, and in the final product make a Astral/Umbral Phase that could work more or less like Monk Masterful Blitz. Creating a bigger summons at the end of each 3 summons. That push us more towards a elementalist class, and while would be cool and simple, I can see people still saying that SMN is a "too simple class" cause it will always work com a simple flow.

    Another direction they could go, is to forget Astral / Umbral and Elements to make a generalist toolset class. With each summon having a especialization (and it could still, at the end of each 3 summons have a burst phase with Bahamut / Phoenix) but this would allow more freedom for us expandin the list of available summons for us to use. Just throwing some stuff we could use is making carbuncle a big summon (as he is just a decoration now) making it a light mobile phase with support-esque skill like damage reduction and/or regens. Summoning Odin for a heavy damaging meele phase. And a "nature" summon (Sephirot maybe?) who could give us a DoT phase where we could put a bunch of DoT and Debuff on the oponent. Transform even more Ifreet in a Tower/Non-Mobile heavy DPS. Titan in a really busy, but mobile dps phase. And having more options, Garuda could been adjusted to be a AoE-only summon.

    some sort of dot (!) added in the rota would be nice (even if slip stream is an art of dot.. mean a "real" dot like in the past).., and could increase Smn dps by the small amount, Smn's kind of need

    (make a change to Out Burst or something, so we can use it as a dot too, out maybe an off gcd too)
