1 Tank
1 Healer
2 Melee
1 Range.
Make this the only comp instead of putting 3 ranged and 2 melee against 2 tanks, a healer and melee.
And allow us the talk to people. Makes zero sense as to why we can't use chat.

People are going to come in here and "but muh queue times" id rather wait 10 minutes for games and have parity.
Crystal Conflict is great actually
They did this with the feast, and queue times were horrible. however, difference is, feast was also horrible. I feel they need to keep casual the way it is (any class can queue together) and ranked 1 tank/1healer/1melee and ranged. People will always form a meta, whether the game designers intend it or not.
Get dunked.
I think this IS the biggest factor, people quote feast queue times as to why this is bad disregarding that feast itself was just utter trash to get into with no experience let alone the design of the mode being boring. So you literally just had no new blood coming into it.They did this with the feast, and queue times were horrible. however, difference is, feast was also horrible. With feast i think it was more about the accesability for non pvp players. For some it was to much of an turn off.
Right now we can see that we can easily get players from each class and tier, sometimes we even got to many
healers or tanks per team - so it should work too.
I think it's great. First time I actually enjoy pvp in that game
It makes perfect sense, chatting create toxicity that stop people from even trying it in Casual. At least in Ranked the composition always quite balanced, at least 1T/1H/ sometimes 2H, and I've won and lost all sort of compositions.
All that matter is the player's skill, not composition.
Pretty sure ranked tries to pit similar role-distributed teams against each other. It's not obsessive about it but I've never seen a disparity as great as the OP claims.
I have — had a match Friday night where my team was 5 dps, none higher than bronze, and the other team was 2 healers, a tank and 2 melee, with 3 of them silver. Match lasted maybe a minute because a melee and healer camped the spawn circle after the wiped 4 of us and the other 3 just protected and moved the crystal.
