Why do we need S houses?

One quick look at the Wards from the Aetheryte in foundation should make it clear to the devs that 18 wards for FC only was overkill. On Jenova, at least, the FC wards are barren except for almost all of the Large plots and the odd Medium plot here and there. Meanwhile the 6 private wards are full. They're going to have to open up some of those FC only wards to private owners a lot sooner than later.

yea, just took a look on odin and there are even a lot of l plots still open. and yes, there was the "0" bug, but the amount of L plots open is way to big to just have happened by accident if demand was really high enough to warrant this amount of wards. lets not even speak about the fact that nearly no s houses at all have been bought. sorry but if square thought that every single guild on the server needs the chance to get an L house they should have designed 2 special wards with all l/m houses houses and kept the rest of the wards to the general playerbase...

On Phoenix, I just took a turn in the 1st FC ward and about 70% of the still empty plots was the ones which were hit by the 0 bug unfortunately, , just 2 or 3 plots weren’t claimed yet so I guess it’s hard right now to judge if the amount of FC houses is to big.
But seeing how fast the personal wards were filled, and seeing the players feedback on other worlds, I guess they should reconsider parts of the split.
